Edgar School District Facilities Request System

 

Step 1:  Read Policy 7510 Use of District Facilities.

Step 2:  Apply to Become a Requester.

Step 3:  Fill in all required fields on the Facilities Requester Registration Form and submit form.

Step 4:  Wait for your apporval email.

Step 5:  After being approved as a Requester, log in to your account and place your Facilities Request.

Step 6:  An email of approval or denial will be sent to you.

Step 7:  When your request is apporved, you will receive an electronic contract.  Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
